Downtime due to maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

ECDC is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or any indirect or incidental damages.
Our total liability is limited to the last billing cycle's paid amount.
8. Termination
You may cancel service by giving written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
We may terminate your account for breach of terms or misuse.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in respective service area.
