This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to prepaid broadband plans offered by ECDC Communication Private Limited.
1. Plan Purchase & Payment
All plans are prepaid and non-transferable.
Payment is required before activation or renewal.
Taxes and charges are clearly communicated during checkout.
2. Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel your service before installation and activation by submitting a cancellation request.
If installation has not been completed within 10 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
Cancelled before installation (minus processing fee)
Delay in activation beyond 10 business days
Service not deliverable at your location after payment
Not Eligible for Refund:
Plan is already activated and used
Postpaid to prepaid conversion requests
Hardware/setup fees after installation
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
5. Exceptions
No refund is applicable for one-time charges (e.g., installation, router fee) unless the failure is on our part.
If services are terminated due to a breach of Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
